Midlands Regional BMX is the official website for information on regional dates, races and tracks in the Midlands region in the UK.

The Midlands has been at the heart of BMX racing in the UK for over 40 years!

The very first official BMX race in the UK was on 30th August 1980 at our Redditch track.
