Transponders & Sqorz

At the Midlands Regionals, we use transponders and Sqorz to ensure fast, accurate, and fair race results.

🏁 What is a Transponder?

A transponder is a small electronic device that attaches to your bike. It automatically records your lap times and position as you cross the finish line — no need for manual timing!

Important Notes for Riders:
  • You must use a working MyLaps ProChip transponder
  • Do not plug your transponder in unless checking the battery or updating the subscription — this can actually drain the battery
  • Check your subscription status ahead of race day at mylaps.com
  • Make sure your transponder number is correctly entered on Sqorz

Need a transponder?
You can buy one from HS Sports.

Need help testing it?

📱 What is Sqorz?

Our Sqorz is a live race management platform. It allows you to:

  • View race schedules and gate allocations
  • See real-time lap times and results
  • Stay updated throughout the race day
